Default homemade muffler without weld
This is my homemade muffler without weld, just aluminium, screws and Loctite high temperature silicon, installed in a 25cc Homelite converted to RC aircraft.

after trying and trying to weld aluminum whit those " Rods " I diceded to make some thing verry similar to yours whith aluminum flashing roll silicone and rivets

I take it to the field with pride, the stuff you see coming out of it is those metal cleaning pads
