I need to get some bearings and seals for my homelite 33 chainsaw. The place were I was getting all my stuff does not deal with metric bearing and seal now. Were is a good place to get them. Mine are not bad but I just would like to put new in it.

I went to a place that I have been going to years called Detrot ball bearting. They said that all my bearing are all odd ball. The seal OD is 0.1575 and all that they have are seal that are .1500 and the next one up is 0.1600 The 0.1600 will be 0.0025 to big for the hole and the .1575 will be 0.0075 to small. They are trying to tell me that I will need to go to a homelite dealer. That looks like that is going to be a lot of fun.

I buy all my bearings and seals for my echos, husky, ect from here.Measure the diameter of crank,o.d. of bearing or seal, and thickness.Just for example hers the last ones i ordered for one of my engines.
15x35x6=15mm crankshaft diameter,35mm outside diameter,6mm thickness.i think this was the rear seal for echo 61cc twin.this is an old engine that isnt made anymore and they still have bearings and seals because a lot of chainsaws are the same parts.when you look up a part put in the numbers like i stated above in the search bar and youll get your results.great prices and great shipping.

I had the same problem getting a rear bearing for my 65cc Stihl four stroke. They wanted $200 for a complete crank rod and bearing assembly. It was easy to find a bearing with the same small dimension. It was the outer bearing dimension that was made a larger size than standard. As far as I could find out they were made in Equador for Stihl only. An aluminum sleeve was easy to machine to a press fit that adapted a standard bearing in its place. It works just fine.
Good luck
