Default 26cc Stihl

I've just converted a 26cc stihl out of a FS-86 weedwaker. My first run on it with gas/glow and a 16x8 APC-W was 7500 and it was jumping to 7800 at times (the tank got loose and the fuel line had some airbubbles). Just wondering if anybody else has converted this engine or something similar to compare numbers.
also its got the original carb which is a 9.5mm walbro I have a 13.5mm that could go on it. Will the 13.5mm carb be to much for a 26cc?

Thanks

Default RE: 26cc Stihl

If ya look up 26cc stihl or 27cc stihl in the search bar at the right hand lower corner on the thread page. youll come up with a few records.Stihl conversion[s] would also work.Heres a pic of my 28cc[27.2] actual.Im getting 7400 with a 17x8 APC at 3000msl.The 13mm would be to big i think.Im using a 10mm.
