Default Rainy day Project!

Well I thought I would make a exhaust system for my gas engine. I made a little adapter (between .750 dia pipe and bottle) on the Lathe to keep pipe in alightment before its welded. So far so good. Capt,n

What engine do you have the exhaust on? Lower power or higher than stock. Tell us the good and the bad....please. Thanks Capt,n[:-]

REPLY: I am working on (sometimes) a model Holt Catapillar engine. Those rods have quite a lot of work already. You shoud have seen the rough castings! Capt,n

Well a 800 RPM gain is good... I would say! My Friend has a 1.20 Webra, called a Bully. It has twin Glow plugs. He has 2 or 3 Webra 1.2 engines. I put a Frank Bowman piston ring in it and what a difference that made. The compression is way better than his other Webras! It will flip start now...it has very good compression with that ring. Best Regards Capt,n
