Can anyone tell me where to get a twister intake for this? How to make one?
It's a 21cc Featherlite case. I dropped a 25cc cylinder and piston on it. Works good, but the carb needs to rotate. First tank yesterday it was turning a Master Airscrew Classic 14x6 at 8000RPM with stock muffler. Also turned a Zinger 13-8 at 7500RPM. I gutted the muffler and brazed it back together today. Should run even better now. I may try a 15-6 after a few more tanks.
I have no way to run it on the plane unless I rig some sorta bellcrank or find somebody to make a twister intake for it. [&o]
Thanks

The muffler looks a bit ugly. I'm not sure if Mapp gas just doesn't burn as hot at 6000' or if the brazing rod I bought is just a bit higher temp. It took 2 Mapp gas torches at full blast to heat it up enough to make the brazing actually flow nicely and fuse the metal back together. The muffler will be hanging out of the cowl, so I plan to paint it. Probably yellow if I can find any high temp yellow paint. I still need to drill a hole and braze in an actual exhaust stinger. Right now it's sealed up tight.
