I JUST HEARD OF A SAITO 150 DUAL PLUG ENGINE.HOW COME THIS ENGINE HAS DUAL PLUGS ,IS THERE ANY ADVANTAGE TO THIS?DO YOU HAVE TO HEAT BOTH PLUGS WHILE STARTING OR WILL OTHER PLUG LITE FROM COMBUSTION?

Ron, Saito makes many engines with dual plugs. Why - I don't know for a fact, but suspect it is to help keep the larger displacement engines from losing fire at lower rpms. You only have to heat one of them for starting - combustion will light the other one.

The Saito 150 will idle all day long with just one plug...It was the best running, smoothest , four stroke I've ever had...
