so i think i have a 45cc engine with reverse threads.
it has the wrong threads on the tapered part, but the right threads on the straight shaft part.
would you guys reccomend using the non tapered part of the crank to hold a prop adapter? i dont see why it would hurt myself, but maybe there would be a problem with it? i just want some confirmation.

doing some further research this may be a 33cc engine. and it may be froma string trimmer. its a brand new longblock from ebay and it didnt say what it would be out of.
heres the lower part of it with the built in engine mount. i think ill use this as is and trim it just a bit.
