Default converting from glow to gas

hi all i have successfully run my saito 125 on gas but i had an interesting idea to throw out to you. i did get it to run but the high speed needle is very sensitive i mean one click either side and i am rich or lean. so here is my idea take a remote needle valve assy from another glow engine and plumb it in before the carb needle this way i could maybe make the carb less sensitive? any thoughts on this? i may throw it on my test stand and try it out
