Default OS BGX-1 CH conversion questions

I purchased this engine in the marketplace.appears to be in good shape, has the parts to go back to glow.this has a mechanical advance tied to the carb. The piston skirts is black from either carbon or varnish.I now this is normal for glow what about gas?
I believe the conrod is bushed so what oil and oil mix should be used?
What would be a good starting prop.was thinking of using this in a esm dauntless.

With 128 oz/gal wouldn't 12 oz of oil per gallon work out to approximately 10:1 gas to oil?
