One of my fellow club members had an unfortunate crash today. The F4U has a 75 4-stroke in it. I did not want pester him too much in his moment of grief so I don't know the model manufacturer. I am pretty sure it/was is an ARF. He agreed to give the me pieces and I am pretty sure I can rebuild it. I am tinking of putting a little gas conversin in it. The engine weighs less than 2#. It will spin a 15 x 8 at 8K and somehting. His 75 was way underpowered. Is this a hair brained idea?
