This and the 33 Poulan have been gone over quite a bit on here. Do searches for Homelite and or Poulan. Most of the Homelite 33's, 38's, & 45's are pretty much the same.

I cleaned the carb completely, the diaph seems good. could it be the ignition coil?

Coils generaly work or don't work. Coils generate the weakest spark at idle. Check and make sure you do not have any airleaks (bad gasket or such) and no clogged fuel lines. If you increase the throttle gently, will it speed up or just die?

If I gently increase the throttle it pick very Little rpm and die. the intake gasket look good, I didn't check the plastic manifold for cracks. How far can I increase the rpm if only the low end cycle work (high end needle clogged)?

Sounds like low end is too lean...

This sounds like the low end is too lean...
Getting too much air....how's it run with choke on ...or half-way.

Or maybe your leaking air between carb/cylinder...

Just some ideas....
