conversion of a 1.60fx
 
is it possible to convert a 1.60 fx to a gas engine? any body tried it

This is off the Tower Hobby site.
"REQUIRES: Fuel with 18% (minimum) lubricant content and 5% to 25% Nitromethane"
(Can be flown on FAI fuel, which is 0% Nitro)
You would have to maintain the 18% oil, or switch to a roller bearing on the big end of the rod.

FAI fuel is fuel with out Nitromethane.

Go look at this one also.This one converts a GMS 120 to gas.
