I just solder a piece of 1/8" brass tubing into the cover. Make sure you clean it up on the inside afterwards, and make sure none of the tube protrudes into the regulator chamber to foul the diaphragm. I use a sanding drum in a Dremel to dress off the inside after soldering the tube in.

I just ran one of these ebay WT 324s and it runs like a scalded ape! What a deal.
