Dle vs eme engines

I'm trying to compare DLE vs EME engines . in particular DLE35RA to EME35AS. Are they made by same manufacturer. They certainly look very similar.
Your thoughts?

Thank you robotfan, I guess you did not recognize a "newbee" who was trying to figue out just where the "proper section" is. I will have another go at it.
