Default Repeated Ignition Module Failure on DLE60 Engine

Hi everyone,

We're encountering an issue with our DLE60 engine where we've burned out two ignition modules in a short period of time. The problem is puzzling because:
  1. When we check each individual component of the system, everything seems to be functioning properly and receiving the correct voltage range.
  2. We haven't been able to pinpoint what fails in the ignition module—just that it stops producing a spark.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with DLE ignition modules? Could it be due to external interference, wiring, or something else we're overlooking? Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Biggest issue I've seen is vibration with people zip typing them to a hard point whether the firewall or engine mount, not isolated with some foam tape or even velcro.
