One photo shows the mufflers with some stains probably from from running, and in another they look pristine. Has the engine been run? If so, how much?

These engines were in a Ziroli P-38 which hade 2 flights on it. My buddy who built and flew this plane had passed away suddenly and his wife left me to sell his equipment. I do know he bought these engines for the P-38 since I had cut the kit for him (I owned and operated LasercutUSA) I had taken everything that he had for these engines that is why there are 2 sets of stand offs and 2 sets of mufflers.
