Default Crunchy servos

Ihad a screw come loose from my rotor head mid flight, resulting in a loss of control. The heicopter flew into the side of my house. When I got to the heli, the servos were making a loud whine. Ipulled the power and retired to the garage.

Idiscovered that the servo arms had gotten rotated beyond their normal positions. When Irotated them back, they made crunching noises.

Are they dead? I'm pretty sure they are, but I'm always curious about this stuff.

They're eSky 7.5g standard issue. Itook the servos off my old heli but I'd like to know if anyone has a suggestion for a better servo - more precision is what Iseek.

Default RE: Crunchy servos

You need replacement gears! Or replace the servo.
