Newish to it only had it for 2 months now but overall pretty good helli for price... Only strange problem i have had was the (Help! Mid Air Seizure... http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_3573894/tm.htm) Other than that its been cheap parts and easy to repair...

PS anyone with good online part sites for this helli or balde (same copter really) plz post

I love mine! It's my first heli. I beat the crap out of it trying to learn to fly it, but it survived (mostly). One set of blades and a pitch contol arm have been replaced. Now I'm dealing with a sticky collective (see my previous post). Concidering what I put it through, it's a rock solid bird.

I saw your previous post about stability. Step one is setup. Make sure everything is trim and balanced, and it should fly.

Read the blade post...around page 3 or 4 theres a solution to the sticky problem..It supposedly gets better with time ?.although im yet to experience it on mine.....could some1 tell me what pitch there blades are at with zero throttle & trim ??

Whiptail: I order a new head set and lipo battery for my HBCP2 from HobbyJapan2000.com. I had in my hands in 5 days from Asia. Customer service has been great as well via Email.

hey! speaking of trim and setup maybe u can help me... after a few hard landings had to replace the skids (no problem right?) well put em on w/o the lil rubber stoppers in the right spot and well .... long story short... had to replace blades.... Rambling i know but here is the question:

How can i tell if my pitch is correct? it looks like one blade may be pitched slighly more than the other... (could be bad eyes too... )

not a major one as the machine still fly's (as good as the pilot can handle it )

Blade pitch should be 0 (zero) at throttle off with idle up off. With Idle up on the pitch should be -9 (or so) at throttle full down, 0 at throttle mid point, and +10 (or so) at throttle full up. I'm still messing with mine, but these are my target numbers.

Put heli on ground with tail facing u and get down and look at the blades spinning..(u should have a piece of different color tape on each)..and just see if 1 is lower than the other.... I think

What are u using to gage the pitch degrees?

The easiest way to tell of your blades are equal pitch is blade tracking. Use a bit of colour tape or paint/nail polish, whatever on the outer LE of one blade. Hold the heli down by the skids and spin up the head. Now look at the blades to see if one is flying higher than the other. Make half turn adjestment to the pitch connector until they are within 1/16'' of each other.

Yes your swasplate must be level when the servos are neutral.

Do u see that vertical slot on top of the servos where the swashplate glides up and down ?......When i center the swash and give back cyclic, the swash comes out from this and gets stuck.....Any 1 know what i mean ??

YES! I have this problem too. That freaking pin is too short and pops out so two things to try...

My first attemp at fixing this was to move the connectors in two holes on the servo ams. This reduces the throw and thus fixed the problem, however, I lost neg. pitch. so I put them back to full throw.

What I'm going to try next is extending the plastic pin with a T-pin cut and CA'd in place, through the slot.

Both suggestion I got from this forum somewhere, thanks whoever you are!

Whiptail: Yes, the pitch connector is attached to the swahplate at one end, and the pitch rocker arm at the top.

Is this the pitch connector adjustment?

If u make that bar longer it will increase pitch for that blade...make it smaller to decrease....So if u are tracking your blades and blade A is lower..then u increase pitch to this blade only
