I have had my Lama V3 for a couple of weeks now, and I was starting to get the hang it. But then about a week ago the lama stopped working. It wouldn't get off the floor, the rotor blades were spinning but the whole helicopter was just rotating on the floor.
So I bought two new motors and replaced the old ones, and the helicopter stopped spinning around but it still did not get into the air, it just stood on the ground with the rotor blades rotating. So yesterday I bought a new battery but that had no effect at all, so I still can't get my Lama into the air.
I was hoping someone here could help me figure out what might be wrong and which parts I may have to change.
Hoping for some brilliant answers

Just wondering you had a crash and the throttle is still on when the blade hitting the object, then the LAMA stopped working. If so, the 4-in-1 receiver perhaps was toasted.

I can't remember that it was crash, at least not a big one. But maybe that could be it. Would the helicopter behave like it's doing if it is the 4in1 thats broken?

You mean i put the front engine at the back and the back engine in the front? I don't think so because I bought the back engine first and replaced the old one before I bought the front one. But I will try that anyway in case the packings were marked wrong.

I've now tried to reverse the cables to the engines and that did not work, the helicopter went totally crazy. Besides I looked at the schematics for the Lama and it was connected properly from the beginning.
So maybe I have to replace the 4in1? Is there some way I could be sure that's the problem? It's total waste of money if there is something else that's the problem..

Check the lower head. There are 4 screws that hold it onto the outer shaft, hold outer shaft and move lower blades and see if there is slippage.. Idunno if that is your problem but it is something to check.
