the hbfpv4 is a cool single rotor bird - bit tail heavy with the longer boom

kinda wild in ground effect

Only three suggestions.
1. Move that NiMH forward for correct CG. It'll end up partly or mostly under the 4in1.
2. Move the flybar weights all the way in (or remove them). The stock HBFP configuration is already mushy; the weights make it worse.
3. Subject yourself to the torture that is RADD's. It pay$ off immensely.
