5 # 5 vibration.
Hey, guys.
I bought the little Esky chopper (love it) and it flew perfectly out of the box. It is so much fun at the office.
Yes, I have repaired the boom already with epoxy after a collision, which leads me to the next question.
It still flies great, but vibrates alot more; the flybar 'appears' perfectly straight.
Does the inner shaft bend real easy on these?
Is that what I should try next?
thanks in advance.
Gary

RE: 5 # 5 vibration.
Isn't a 5 #5 a Walkera? Anyhow...
After a crash even with all obvious repairs done, a vibration ususall indicates a bent main shaft. Take it out and roll it on a sheet of glass. Invisible bends become obvious.

Make sure that the main blades are "straight" by pulling "out" slightly on the ends of the upper and then lower blades. Otherwise you may have a bent inner or outer main shaft as mentioned in the above posts.
