No, those are the 450 sized...The ones in the picture are 600 sized. I must specify that i used these for trainers only and have retired them. If you want them I will send them to you for 5 bucks, free shipping! They are just hanging in the garage....I think they are still in great shape and the holes are already drilled to fit a King 2...You can really abuse these bad boys!! The LHS calls them Bigfoot!

Peace,

Z

Hello everyone! It's been awhile since my last post...been busy moving, getting married and all that fun stuff. I saw this thread and figured I would post what I will have in a few days after all is built. : ) I just bought a mess of new stuff, so I can't wait to put it all together.

Full CNC Head and Tail assembly
Extreme 43t Pulley

Default RE: Whats in your HBK2?

I'm in the game by a two weeks now. I flew it stock... the motor stinks and the tail authority is minimal at best. The stock gyro really isn't that bad but now the Telebee HH is MUCH better.
As of now I have installed:

Extreme Pro 4000kv
Extreme Pro Turnbuckles, ( but put the stock ends on, don't use theirs! Way to loose!)
Extreme Pro Head Stopper
Castle Creations 25AMP
Carbon Blades
T-Rex Tail Rotors
Super Skids 400 size
Telebee HH Gyro

Still to be installed:
Micro Heli machined gear and A/R bearing
Extreme Pro 43t tail gear

This is a great flying and stable heli that falls just short of the T-Rex, which is a high bar to hit.

I bought all of my upgrades from Michael @ www.USHobbySupply.com . This was my first time purchasing from him and it was a great experience. I highly recommend ordering your upgrades through him.

God Bless!

Jay

I forgot to mention that a couple of days ago I put my Futaba 7CHP to it. I've been working on the pitch and throttle curves and I'm getting close. Loops and rolls are no problem so far

LOL Mine is bone stock RTF except for a elf 4200kv and elf ESC with a 9T steel pinion. Actually it arrives in two days and I will try that setup and see how it flys. I imagine before I am done it will be heavily modded....but I am hopefull it flys good (for my skill level) in this configuration.

Bare bones kit (white)
Spektrum DX6i w/AR6100
E-sky 3900Kv motor w/ 10t pinion
cnchelicopter 30A esc
E-sky 8g servos X4
Telebee gyro
E-sky 1250 3S1P LiPo
I've tried it with a Zippy 3S1P1800 but didn't like the extra weight. The point of this bird is for a yard flier to replace the tail motor helis. The 450's are too big and fast for my yard (60'X100' clear area). This is worrking great.

All upgrades (and some expert help in the upgraded set up ) from Michael at U.S. Hobby Supply!
