Default E-Sky Dauphin Thread

Howdy Folk,
Just picked up my E-Sky Dauphin 2.4GHZ Bird. Kinda afraid to just take it out and fly it. Don't want to crash and burn it first time out!! Been playing with the flying software. Does that give me a realistic idea of control?
Is this bird ment to be a strictly indoor copter? or can it be flown outdoors too?
Any hints, advice, etc... Greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark+

Default RE: E-Sky Dauphin Thread

its pretty much the same bird as the V-4 but updated with Eskys own 2.4 system. Sells for about the same as the V4 (100$)
Indoor pretty much, if the cat farts it will even drift around a bit. Strictly for a no wind day if outside. I had a Llama which is about the same thing just a little older technolgy. Great to learn on. there is a Llama/v4 thread that has a cult following on this heli.
I understand it won't work with any other 2.4 system but Eskys though[]
