Before I start this is my first helicopter and I'm new to the hobby.
I have a Honey Bee Fixed Pitch with a vibration problem. Now it doesn't vibrate every time, but most times it does. It vibrates at slow and high head speeds (vibrations much worse at higher head speed, obviously). I've only got 4 batteries on it and no crashes so far. Sometimes on spin up when I get the head speed higher it stops shaking. Everything seems tight. Now from the searching I've done the two possiblities I can come up with are either blades too tight (I think one is too tight) or the blades are off track. Any help with trouble shooting would be much appreciated.
Thanks

The blades should just be tight enough when you turn the helicopter on its side they do not move but if you shake it they will. The need to move fairly free. For tracking hold the helicopter and look at if from the side and see when you spin it up the are both at the same level and look like a solid line. BUT BE careful doing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the help. I loosened the blade that was tight, but that didn't fix it. I then tried to track the blades I found the blade that has the white tape on it was higher. Now I tried to lower that one like the manual says, but it didn't seem to stay fixed. Does anyone have any tips on getting the fixed pitch blades to track right?
On a better note I was able get my first "hover" today on battery #5. I could only keep up for around a minute at a time and I couldn't exactly keep it in the same place but it's a start.
Thanks for any help.

I am still having problems getting my blades to track correctly. I even swapped out blades and that didn't help. What else could be causing the blades to not track right? Also, could something else be causing the vibrations which in return is causing the blades not to track right?

I have found that the stock blades are not that good (in my opinion), you could have a dud blade that will not track. I got upgrades from miracle mart, GWS blades, they where much better to track, I think they where £12.00 for 3 sets ($24.00?? approx)
If you hold the blade at the root, twist it to track it, and try swopping the blades over to ensure its not something else causing the problem
