AS far as I remember you are correct. It's only one side that moves. Try running it on the ground and test the controls. It's safer than testing it in the air. Good luck. Great helicopter!

I'm able to move it on the ground, and fly it a little bit on the air (after many attempts), but it feels unstable. I guess I just need to train more if everything is OK mechanically.
Is there a good tutorial to make it more stable with less vibrations?

try checking the tracking on the blades and also try adjusting the GAIN.

Stick time is very important. The more you fly the better it will feel.
