2.4 miles west of Krome Avenue (SW 177 Ave) on SW 168th Street
Pilots Landing Fee: $10.00
AMA REQUIRED to Fly
Minimum WS 80" on Mono Planes 60" Bi Planes
Scale Turbines Allowed - No Down-Thrust engines
Spectator's Parking Donation: $3.00 per car
Food and drinks available all day.

Although we have had a few very rainy days, the forecast for Saturday is GOOD!!! Only 20% chance of rain and a slow breeze.
So far we have 25+ pilots that have confirmed participation. Among others Dino DiGiorgio, Mike Haspas, Doug Smith, Jose Guzman, Jose Gutierrez... The Jet guys from the Mako's have also said they will be there in force.
Do not miss this opportunity to fly at one of the best flying sites in Florida. If you are not flying, come and see the best our area has to offer in Giant-Scale airplanes.

Saturday's forecast keeps improving with only 10% chance of rain... In Miami, 10% means a little sun shower, NO WORRIES!!!

The weather keeps improving... Rain stopped and there is little chance of rain on Saturday. Forecast is for 10 MPH or less winds from the north...
Runways are being manicured, fencing is being installed, parking being setup, food being purchased... It should be a great day of flying and friendship.

AeroFest 2011 is over and I can honestly say it was one of the best ever. 30 pilots with at least 2 planes each. Everything from a Fokker TriPlane to an F16, two magnificent Turbo Prop Tucanos, B17, P47, Cessna 172, and many more...
