Pilot registration starts Monday February 11 2013 and ends March 31 2013. $100 Pilot registration fee.

Trailers and containers will be available for shipping of aircraft to and from the Bahamas (shipping is from Miami FL)

To all our out of town pilots here are the aircraft transportation logistics:

We have two options for you to get your aircraft over to Abaco for the event. 1: There is a 18x7 trailer that we will be transporting "uncrated" aircraft in. Space is limited so it is on a first come first serve basis. 2: We are securing a 20' container for those who want the "crated" option. Please email me for info and cost of each option. It will be a nominal fee so don't worry! We are working to make this very affordable for all.

Ok ladies and gents the container we are taking is ready to be filled up, last day to deliver anything to our warehouse shop its by March 27th, the container departs to Bahamas on March 28th, round trip per plane is $100 , once the event is finished planes will be back in Miami on April 15th.
