Hello!
Our event starts one week from today, Friday, August 15th, and the weather forecast looks great: winds down the runway and a high temperature of 80 degrees, should be perfect! We have a free pilots raffle and a surprise for all pilots who fly!
From last year, Daryl Rolla's Seafire, a cousin of the Spitfire.

Hello Everyone,
Well, we had a nice event. It was cool and windy, but there were still a lot of good flights.
Here's a link to some photos, and here are a few:
The pilots

The BBQ Team doing what they do best!

The "noon-time lineup"

John Costas with his Morane Saulnier

club member Christina won Best Military Jet with her F-22 Raptor - great flying!

Looks like there is a Warbird fly at the Des Moines Modelaires field Sept.27th.. Just about 6 miles East off of I 35 in Iowa.. Just take the exit for Elkhart and go straight thru.. the road literally ends at the entrance to the field..
