Chris Boll has designed a new FR bigger one of about 4.4cc, which is featured as a full sized plan and article in this year's AMI-the Jan issue I believe (only just received the Dec issue here in NZ..........)

Default RE: Boll Aero

Clubmate Ron Riegel has built a pair of Boll Aero 1.8 as his first try at engine building.
The final product is beautiful and fits are like silk.
He has fitted an aluminium contra-piston with O-rings and machined an exhaust pipe and carburettor stub as integral parts of the crankcase.
The engine was built from drawings in the AMI magazine.
Unfortunately, I had only the first and second part of the article (December 2008), so we are missing the advice on running in the engine, fuel, prop size, etc...
If someone has the magazine, could they scan the third article and post it or PM me?
Thanks in advance.
