I would venture it is a video of someone who made a Nano .1cc model diesel engine.
Hard to tell from the video for sure though.
Your other thread here about the Nano engine:

Les Saxby was a well-known engine maker and restorer in the 1950's through the 1970's. He lived in England. I don't know what became of him after that, but I have seen a few examples of his work, which is uniformly superb. He made a number of small engines of various types - I hadn't seen this particular one before.

I don't think this is a Saxby design. The crankcase looks cast and Saxby machined his engines out of barstock. Pity the video is such poor quality!

<span style="font-size: larger;"><span style="font-family: Courier New;">Well the same YouTube poster gives this -
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQzK2BVoUlk
And this is Les Saxby.
Interestingly the original YouTube clip was entitled
</span></span><h1 id="watch-headline-title"><span style="font-size: smaller;"><span style="font-family: Courier New;"><span title="Baby Model Aircraft Engine from solid" dir="ltr" id="eow-title">"Baby Model Aircraft Engine from solid."</span></span><span title="Baby Model Aircraft Engine from solid" dir="ltr" id="eow-title"> </span></span></h1>
So it could mean that it was made from 'solid' bar stock.

The term "solid" is universally used by model engineers like Les Saxby to denote an engine that is made without the use of castings. I'm sure that this is the context here.

ah so they both mean sort of the same thinking so i have come to the conclusion that the engine was made from bar stock
