paw 40 and 60 mounting orientation rc

Default paw 40 and 60 mounting orientation rc

All
i am planning to build a couple rc airplanes and would like to know if it is BEST to mount the engines, listed in title, sideways or cylinder up? i belive i have read in the past that sideways is always best. PAW says it doesnt matter. opinions?

We have found that upright mounted PAW's (40's and 60's) give less problems than side mounted on r/c models.

what about inverted flight? i see in the "show your airplanes" section, i see about a 50/50 mix, but they aren't all 'big' diesels.
anyone else have experience with paw 40 and 60 lumps?
