Hi,
Wondering if anyone out there has built an ED Baby from Schroeder casting/drawings? I've just order a set having finished (essentially) an AHC .12 diesel.
Lets here from other builders out there!

My Feedback: (10)
I have been way too busy with my own projects to tackle Roger's newest offerings. I think I have castings for it... or maybe not. I cant remember, thats BAD! [X(]
I do have a weaver on my list, as well as a Mite diesel, anither Delong diesel (from my own castings), and one I have been wating to get to for a while, the Sugden special (also from my own castings).
Never enough time!!!
Andrew

Ha! Tell me about the time! I've scheduled project well into my 9th lifetime.
I also have a Weaver in the close to next list along with a 5cc Sparey and a Sugden. Somewhere in there I have to get the models made for an engine I'm designing too. Something else I'd like to do is a ball bearing Drone. I know their out there as originals, but I'd like to build one anyway.

Well, I've finished the Baby. It runs but not sure how well yet. I have a a problem with the needle valve that I'm going to fix but the rest of the engine I'm very pround of. The piston/liner fit is the best I've ever done and it pops over and rocks the prop just like a good Babe Bee. After I fought with it a little while I glance over and noticed the fuel was from 1999, probably a good reason for the difficulties. Some fresh fuel before I make ANY changes.
Now its on to finish my Start (Czech diesel) restoration, new piston, relapp cylinder. Did allot of case repair and finish restoration om this one already.

HI Andrew,
Yeah, I'll bring it along. Actually I've decided on a Vivell .09 as the next diesel, but I want to get the Skyburner built too. I've just got the diesel bug now and can't seem to get enough. I always like diesels but the AHC was the first one I built. I have a question, will send you an Email.

I've modified the needle and made and new contra-piston and it runs great! Still a little hard starting but I think its the old fuel, allot of the ether is gone. I'm supposed to have a digital camera when my wife gets back from her visit in S. Carolina, hope to get some running shots to post.
Next project, Vivell .09 diesel, I love these stinkers!

No time to get to them.... too many of my own things to tinker with first! Love to see some pics...
