The weather here in Florida MUCHO rain I quess the left over from Arlene so no flying ,Decided to crank up the fox 50 ringed with the
fox large quiet muffler, the one that came with it was pretty loud even on diesel, thanks to Hobbsy he located and sent me the nice tilt down quiet one the engine had my usual mininium glow run time maybe 20 minutes (and a ringed engine) 13x5 wood zinger it only
made it up to about 8000 on the first tank but the compression picked up and an other about 15 or 20 minutes made it up to 8700
I noticed the big bashing on the g...w site on fox, With the Davis head this is a nice runner and with more time will pick up on the rpms
compression has picked up quite a bit even with the limited run ( no pix you guys know what they look like)
martin
Hobbsy yours in rebuilt run it///
OH yah this is the first "larger" engine I have run since the finger chop up a few weeks ago was having withdrawal symptoms
