I have come by one of those blue os 40 glows, and was wondering what sort od a diesel it would make?

Has anyone converted one ? how did it work out?

Were can i get the parts, etc.

Hoping to have a general use diesel for all my ols 40 stuff

I think you are refering to the OS LA series which are great sturdy engines that do qiute well in trainers realiable not the powerhouse of a lot of 40 glows, but really turn on as diesel conversions, if you look back on the site many posts on this Davis has been making the conversion heads for these since day one makes a terrific diesel for not a of bucks martin
