hi guys & bob: just put the head on my 3250 it started soooo easy , just a choke and 4 flips and away it went. but i still have to get the correct seting on the carb , it takes me to read the instructions several times and let it soak in a while , put on a 20-6 classic air screw prop didnt tach it but it feels like it has more power than the Q 50 did and the Q50 is a real runner. so far I am very pleased with the conv.
