Well it has been a long waite to get the 180, but the waite is over. I got my 180vx on Friday and I love it. The size the power the smooth starting sequence and quick spool times are fantastic. I have about an hour of flight time on it and so far it has made me smile everytime I have used it. If anyone saw me at Fj with the Ultra Bandit and the 160 you got to see the power and performance of the 160. Well the 180 is the same size just more power and its a noticeable difference for sure. I had a small video made but have not got it up yet due to computer problems at home. I had to send this post from my phone but will post more as soon as I get my problem fixed.

That's great news Rob, we are excited to see on fly here on the west coast....I have eyeballed the 180 and the fit and finish is everything we have come to expect from Arno's gifted hands. I am looking forward to getting one into operation...
Now let's see...same physical size as my 160 in the flash....

The first Evojet in New Zealand has flown!!! Great engine Chad. Two great flights with awesome power in Comp-arf Ultra lightning. Loving it. <div>Chad, I've emailed you with a question regarding starting issues. Multiple attempts at starting resulting in 'minR'. The engine eventually starts and performs fine. But the start attempt before each flight resulted in a 'minR' aborted start. I'll triple check the fuel system, filters etc. </div><div>Could it be the battery struggling to spin it up? Its the original Lithium mangenese 3S pack. </div><div>Accoring to the manual, a 'minR' is a result of air in the fuel system?....could find any of that in the lines.</div><div>
</div><div>Any thoughts?</div><div>

Hi Chad,
Thanks. yep issue fixed. It was the struggling supplied Lithoim Manganese battery, and it got worse as the weather got colder. A new Lipo 3s pack provided the required punch to start this beast. So now I've gone to a 3s 35c 4000maH pack as the ECU pack.
Engine is really impressive. mate. Absolutely loving it.
Thanks for the quick responses to my emails - both you and Arno.
