About the big wheels; we tried to put big wheels and tires on my exceed nitro truck and found that the big wheel hub thickness was greater than the stock wheels so the axle was not long enough to get the wheel nut to thread on. You may have to find a longer axle. I have no idea what part you would need.

RE: Welcome Exceed RC
Hey just bought 2 dynamite elec 4wd. I'm putting a Novak full spectrum esc and ss 10.5 BL, 10,000mah 7.4v lipo. Will the driveline hold up under this?? Anything I should do to prep prior to install?
I want to get hpi 26mm perelli soft rally tires with the low bounce foam for an indoor off road track (very hard pack). The rims come in off sets, which mm off set should I get?
Does the 26mm seem too narrow?
I would love to put 1/8th scale on, any ideas how to make that work??
The tires are my last piece to the puzzle and I'm looking for more ideas!!!!!!!!!
Thanks

You have to change your glow plug, any time you break a motor in they say to change the plug in it. You can get some here.

RE: Welcome Exceed RC
Wow, I have an exceed rc nitro 1/10 Forza Buggy and also the redcat 1/16 tremor not to mention the 1/8th avalanche xp from redcat. I have noticed that I tend to lean towards the avalanche when I want to drive something it just sounds tough and can take alot more punishment. All the cars have there problems but most of them are from me not knowing what I'm doing, thats the fun of learning something new, working out the kinks. Anyways, I have just joined the rc universe web site and wanted to post something. By the way, where can you get that stuff you can clean your cars off with that doesn't hurt the electrical workings of the vehicle?

RE: Welcome Exceed RC
how long does the charge last? It would seem to me that the electric machines would only give you a couple of minuets of fun and then you would notice the motor losing power? Please, I am not trying to bash any of the electric motor vehicles out there, just trying to gain a better understanding. I just purchased a nitro car for my son, and notice that these machine require alot of maintenance, but you can run them for hours as long as they are properly maintained.
