Default engine problem tunning

Hello.
I bought an Exceed 1/10 Nitro buggy (and an electric track). I ordered it from Nitrorcx.com. I have a problem with nearly since i bought it is that i can get the engine to run good. the carburettor will not get tuned whatever you do.
to get the car to perform little bit you have to unwind the needle valve all the way out.and still the car will not perform in a normal way. i have removed the carburettor clean it put it back nothing..new glow plug...still nothing. the car hesitates at high and low rmp. i know how to tune the engines...i have helicopters ..planes....other nitro cars but is the only one giving me such carburettors problems.
any suggestion.?
The engine runs on idle with no problem. the problem is once you want the car to accelerate. this engine does not want to be tuned what ever you do to it. i have done all settings all test...the pinch test for the low screw...i have done the test if its leaking air...etc...everything but with no change. also i have noticed that when the engine gets to running temp and when using it for some time.....the high needle adjustment screw it becomes loose and rotates on its own. HELP...its getting really annoying. It run perfectly only for a couple of days since i got it... after that.....nothing...

check the o rings in the settings needle on the carb. or just change them. or you might just need to gat a carb.

I agree with ranger. Its either something inside the HSN plugging it or something wrong with the carb. Did you check the fuel cap as well? Maybe its not getting enough fuel too. I would check the exhaust nipple fuel line and fuel cap as well.
