Red Cat sells rolling chassis minus the electronis and engine but if i have the 1/10 hyperspeed buggy .16 engine buggy from exceed could all the parts be transferred over to the Volcano 1/10 rolling chassis because these 2 manufacturers use the same parts for their cars and trucks. so im basicaly wondring if i have the hyperspeed .16 1/10 exceed buggy could i have the Volcano chassis and be able to build the entire truck with no other purchases ?

You could but i really wouldnt. then you would have a torn apart buggy. i would just biy a whole new volcano or exceed infinitive. look on ebay and they have them used for pretty cheap.
