Try a 3s lipo and you'll be blown away! I have one in my pro truck and it kicks butt.

Yeah thats a nice battery... but first things first! Please don't go and spend a 100 bucks on a battery until you have borrowed one and made sure your problem is fixed.

My new Sunfire Pro Buggy does the same exact thing as in Pede's video. Andy from exceed said that it was normal with the stock battery and recommended a 4200 lipo. He said the problem would go away with the bigger battery. I have not tried this yet because of the cost. Andy, is there any way that exceed can help out here? There are quite a few cars which have this same problem. Poor design? Maybe a discounted battery set up which will work with the brushless cars? Its only fair, the cars should have not been sold with under rated batteries in the first place. They look beautiful on the web site before you order them and its a BIG dissapointment when you take it out of the box and it chokes and sputters. Not to gripe, I love the car and it really kicks it full throttle but sometimes I like to go slow.

In my case the full purchase price that I paid for the batteries was credited to me to use for future purchases from the manufacturer. That is probably the best that you can hope for.
Good luck, hope it works out for you.

Your okay without a fan.

I always reccomend Eddie at HIMOTORACINGUSA http://server.sohouniverse.net/~himo...p?pr=Home_Page
but not sure if he has batteries yet.

If he doesn't http://home.comcast.net/~truerc/
He will take good care of you and his prices are real low.
