UPDATE! Now, the car won't roll forward with out making a popping sound which is the engine turning over. it is VERY difficult to roll it forward.  Do i need to take off the engine and shoot some wd40 in there?

Thanks!  the wheel problem stopped, so i started it in the garage, and it started fine. idled  excellently. after a few minutes to warm up, i gave it some gas, and it drove great for 15+ minutes. what ever the problem was, it seems to have resolved its self. it hadnt been driving for about 7 months.
