Godo Luck. I bought a couple of extra when Tower was dumping them at 29 dollars. Everyone in my club loves them including our senior member who has been flying something ever since he flew P-38s in WW2. They can be had from overseas sources (UK) but the size of the box makes shipping exorbitant. I hope someone will wakeup and realize what an incredible plane the alienator is. I started using a 15 in mine and then fitted it with a OS 25FX. The results were so good i refitted it after a comabat related tree collison rendered it in three pieces with the OS 32 SX. It handles the 32 very well indeed and becomes a remarkably fast and agile plane. A fellow club member refitted one with a single, very large rudder that allows it to do flatspins and other maneuvers that seem impossible. Hopefully this remarkable plane or some derivative of it will be available soon.

Gistwj,

I have an Alienator GP NIB kit sitting in my shop. Had no idea people liked them so much. I had actually been thinking of selling mine!

I picked it up some time ago (at a bit more than $29!) to use it for my Magnum 15XL. I even purchased new mini BB servos for it, Somehow I've been busy building large gassers and little indoor electrics, so I never got around to it.

Sounds like it might be best with a bit more power than a ball bearing 15? What kind of .15 did you originally have in yours?

I put a screaming .25 norvell BB engine in mine. And if flys very fast and handles well. But then again how can you beat a $29.99 lawn dart. And where did you put the batery in yours with an OS .32 ?
