Last year i ordered a Jett Q500 engine for my Whiplash, this year i ordered a 'sport' carb to have a better 'throttle' even if i lost about 300 rpm. When i received the carb it was one for 'remote' needle. I sent this email to Dubb.
>Hi i have just received my Backplate, bearings and Carbs. The only thing
>is that you send me a carb for a Remote Needle Valve Assembly ....The Q500
>engine i ordered you last year came with a standard carb...
Here is the Reply :
Sorry for the mix up.
I do not sell the old type any more for safety reasons.
I will send you the universal remote to go with it for free.
dub.
Nice isnt it?

The topic doesn't say Jett only so I wanted to share one of my favorite service stories. This was maybe 10 years ago via snail mai.

"One is in the mail. NC."
I know it was a $2 part but I never had the "Here you go, NC" thing ever happen to me before that. A few days later it showed up in the mail and I still have the engine.

Yeah, Dub really offers great service not to mention his superior products. He's also a really fun guy to chat with about racing, going fast or just R/C in general.

Glad you had a good experience. Dub is a good guy to work with, and there are few engine manufactureres where you can actually speak to the guy who designed and built your engine
