Whip + OS91VXDF
Has anyone ever tried a whip + OS91VXDF combo. I'm thinking of having a try with HS 5645 servos, JR R700 receiver,
JR 331 on throttle ,1100 ma battery and 10X9 or 10X10 for prop, not sure on tank yet as it drinks fuel like crazy. Should I try or am I just wasting my time.
Any input would be great
Thanks

RE: Whip + OS91VXDF
Wow cool... (I was not aware that there was an OS-91VXDF ) I have been hoping someone would try it so I could live vicariously through them--
How much does it weigh? being RE it would take quite a bit of mods it seems, and it would be VERY nose heavy- Chuck Auger did it with a Rossi-81DF ...
Keep us posted

RE: Whip + OS91VXDF
Oops, my bad VR-DF not VX got confused with the 46.
Well it weighs about 700g and the macs 15cc pipe is 90g, feels heavy for the whiplash.
Not sure what i'm going to do about mounting and balance but something will happen.
The Rossi-81DF would surely weigh around the same I guess give or take a few grams, maybe if i'm nice enough Chuck Auger will elaborate on his setup (please)
