Shrike 40 finished
Just finished this morning
Shrike 40 with Sport Jett 50
JR 4131 servos (dual aileron servos), C/F pushrods, 1650 NiMH battery in tail, Jett bubble-less tank
4# 2oz. dry weight, balances at Lanier's CG with no extra weight

Very nice to build this aircraft...
Now I feel there will be 100 post on how fast they build just like the SPAD planes. bottom line is I suck at scratch building and I admit it. .

You cannot imagine how fast they build just like the SPAD planes !!
Why not keep BOTH ? Kit for the builders and ARF for the FLYERS ? That makes sense to me as an ARF is only a built up kit !!!

Well, well, WELL, WELL! You have had enough time to wear out the engine (unless a Jett) How does it fly, or did you not have the CG correct? If your wife or girl friend is to hand launch, insure her for a few mil. Just kidding.
