Default Tuned pipe length?

I just picked up a YS 45FR with header and mac pipe (think it's a 7.5 pipe muffled). What is a good starting point from glow head to max diameter? I will most likely be using 15% nitro, prop not sure maybe 9.5-6, 9-7. It's going in a laser arrow which I had been flying with a webra 50.

Thanks, Chris
