RE: T-38 (.40 to .50) size...........
Strykass, Mike
Well no news yet on the plans still waiting to here from him. As for the flight, take off is nice and smooth . flights are fast and acts as its on rails. Landing is a little hot but with flaps it helps allot for a short field landing. (my field)
And all the Controls ali, rud, ele, flaps are very responsive at high speed and landings . next I need a video to record it .(mind broke)

Hello
Well I spoke to JunoRC . And he is doing well. As soon as he settle in back home. We will start working on the plans.
For the T-38 .50 and .90 size.
The plane is 6 an a half pounds ,on a wingspan of 42in. with the flaps and two retracts servos (9 servos all together) .
You can say I loaded it up with everything. It can be lighter.

Angel,
Could you PM me the template for the wing. If you don't mind, I would like to cut a wing. Thinking of using your wing design on a Patriot .40..

Are you using air retracts or mech? I can build around it. I need you to measure the main root or Rib were the body sit on. leading edge to trailing edge. I also need the outline of the fuse were the sit in place for the wing. That way I could make the spacer between
the fuse and the wing.
My computer is slow, give some time . I'll be checking my e-mail else were. or at my job.
Regards
Angel

I was looking for a T-38 about a year ago. But did not find one . Mine are scratch build from a 1/72 model T-38 that sit next to the plans as my reference. I'll have to take a look at your plans and compare. T-bird scheme that i allways liked. I have pic all over on one wall. She flew great . It has 9 servos, 6-1/2 pounds with retracts. Webra .50 spd on a pipe.

Hi Angle,
Unfortunately i dont have any plans for my model, i just bought this airframe from a local hooby shop, so i cant do anything there.
Well then how did you build the canopy for it?, did you made Balsa mould and vac formed your canopy from it or some other process was used?, i want to find original one but if not then i have to make custom canopy for this model.
