OK Angel, put me on the wait list for an ARF or ARC T-38 (50 size) The longer the wait the better, I still need a job! [X(]

Angel would you be willing to cover one up for me when the time comes and obviously I will pay extra? Just a thought as I am totally intimidated by the Blue Angels scheme but always wanted one done well!

I know you are busy, if it takes a year I still want one! You are what the hobby is all about Angel --- That T-38 is the nicest prop-jet I have seen, even nicer than my Patriots! (OUCH)

Cool jet man !

I've been convinced by countless sources to make my jet a Prop jet... I am building an F22. 36 by 27 wing span. What engine size are you using? What engine size / prop should I use if my plane weighs around 3-5 pounds ? Should I push or pull?

How did you shape the foam like that when you made the wings?

Well I started with foam block , Cut out the Root & wingspan, Then make your template to a desire airfoil. one on the wingtip & Root. Use a Hot wire to cut the foam. Have a steady hand . Try a few piece first.

Thats a small plane there , .25 to .36 with a 8X6 or something around that range, and depends on the Eng. I would put the eng. in the front. Good luck !

Razor
I think its about 50 people.
I have to go look at my E-mail list.

I think 10% of them are for the .90 size.

Hey Angel,

Well, it's after the holidays, you better get cracking!

A couple of questions:

1) Are you still on schedule for the Febuary(ish) release of short kits?

2) Is it practical to handlaunch this thing and avoid dealing with retract gear issues?

Thanks,
Mark

Hey I want to see that too. I hope you have a Rossi 105 or something.

Yes ., I'm cracking up[sm=what_smile.gif] of all the work.

There is no way you are going to throw that big plane.
This is almost the size of TopGun F-15.

No, no, no. I'm not that crazy. I was talking about the 40 sized version....But I like the way you think.

Anyhow, what are the chances with the little one? I just don't want to deal with retracts and a thin wing on my field, if I can get away with belly landing it and no gear. I was thinking of a similar launch technique to the deltas (DD, Outlaw, etc.) where you let the power drag it out of your hand at about a 45 degree angle. Would that work or not? It doesn't have the wing area that the deltas do and it will be heavier, so I know it's more marginal. The more I think of it, the better retracts are sounding...

mmattockx- How about a dolly set-up? Cobratraxxas has a real simple set-up for his Magnum and it works great!

Cheers!
