Default Patriot 40 Kit

Anyone know what an original Patriot 40 kit is worth, still new in the box?

One just went on a-bay for $106.00 or so....

....a couple years ago, I paid $125.00 for a kit.

It had been out of production for quite awhile, and I was glad to get it.

Mmmmhh, for a good kit which is also a collectable, $110 might not be enough .

I would say the ebay guy who sold it was not aware he could have sold it for $130+ ... [sm=bananahead.gif]

Not sure I want to sell it, build it or just hang onto it as the value goes higher. If someone offered so much money I couldn't reisit, I might part with it, but 110 is not at that level yet.

Holy crap Dave! Build that thing... That'd be a good race also- same airplane different engine? And you could show me how skinny wheels/fixed gear is faster than my retract/heavy Patriot-

Rumor has it one of the Revver brothers came across a brand new Patriot ARF- (NIB) Dunno if he is gonna sell it or build it, if built I am guessing Jett for power? (I still have the Patriot ARF that Airgar was nice enough to let go of) equipped with the Webra-50GT that flies purty good

Another rumor is that GP is gonna redo the Patriot ARF sans plastic pieces and re-release it... Just a rumor folks NO INFO.

Anyone who builds the kit Patriot- leave off the air scoops (brakes) glass the center of the wing and if you can, throw some flaps on there---

If this is against the rules, no problem - whack the post. I thought you guys might be interested.

FYI: I put two NIB GP Patriot kits on classifieds a day or two ago. Wish I had time to build them.

I messed up the ad. I have two. It shows one.
