Hi Everyone,
My name is Paul from Aussie land and i am after a speed machine, preferably a delta wing.
can anyone tell me if the Whiplash is still available or able to be sourced any where in teh US.
What about a Mach Racer, Magnum, outlaw, pico, or Phenom.
I think these are all spped machines , where can i source any of them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Diamond Dust: http://www.diamonddustrc.com/

Cermark's F-16: http://www.cermark.com/index.html
There is also a US-supplier of the Magnum but I can't find his URL.
I am currently building on my 2nd Mach Racer after crashing my first one while trying to break the sound barrier 8-)). Had an OS 50 SX in it. This time I'll be putting a .40 MVVS Quickie in it. The Mach Racer is quick to built, cost only $99 bucks and fun to fly. It won't go above 150 mph. But I am smoking any plane in the club!

Paul:
The Magnum you can get at: www.westonuk.co.uk. They also distribute to the US. In your case that is no shortcut.

Hi, my name is Razorback58 and I'm a speed plane addict!
I've just recently felt the need for speed, but with the help of
the Brotherhood I hope to make my planes even FASTER!!!!!!
Don't tell my wife as she thinks that I have enough going on right now!
I'm currently working on a Ferroplane and will soon start a Viper.

Well it is a cub with a 10% airfoil carbon fiber spars that weighs in at about 3 lbs, with the modifications to the airframe and tail feathers it should be good for a buck or so at full tilt. But that is just one project I have going, another is a Screamin Demon by Mike Connor that is going to have a neu 60k rpm motor.
I also have a Top Flite red box razorback P51 with .90 in it, a delta of my own design that has a Dyna Max DF unit that has an OS 90 DF spinning it, and a old .20 size sportster with an TT 32 in it that moves right along.
But I am really interested how that cub with the .40 in it will fly given the mods for aerodynamics and light weight, it was build from an old Sig kit that was rated for a .30 size engine, so even the .40 should be able to pull it around pretty fast with that thin wing and reduced frontal area.

I wanted to sadly announce that my Dragon Lady has come to rest in the middle of Rabbit Dry Lake. You still might see parts of her around as it was a windy day and I couldn't catch everything. Debris scattered for more than 50 feet. I would have had a video for you to all enjoy, but the little red button on the camera wasn't pushed. (I won't mention names). But all is not so bad. It was time for that tail-wheel-less dog-fighting lady to donate her engine to my new Bobcat. Inspired by Dave's awesome looking Bobcat, (that I never got to see fly), I will be maidening my recently assembled prop-pushin speedster sometime during the month of October. I've heard rumors of another Spead Freakin Gathering at Rabbit in October. I am awaiting a prop from Tower Hobbies and then I will be ready to fly!!!! [8D]

This doesn't sound like a crash report. Rather it sounds like you simply "freed up" a radio and engine for a better purpose. It's a positive thing.
BTW, I was out at Rabbit today and all traces of any debris have flown to the winds. It was calm and clear for my maiden of the 150 mph Parker Pitts. All went well. Looking forward to the Revv fest in 2 1/2 weeks.

Dave, Parker is October 26,27 & 28. That is the weekend immediately after the Revver Fest. I will be leaving town Wednesday night to be there early Thursday to get a pit and for the Tech Inspections. C'mon on out and join us in the TEAMERICA pits. We should be on the front row.[8D]
Racing starts Friday morning around 9:00am and continues through around 2pm Sunday for the Trophy Races.

Well I knew it would come to this.......
I'm a speed freak and I forgot the rest other then the part about don't tell my wife.
I've been flying for 3 yrs total --self taught-=on a Stryker no less.
Flying a Mach Racer with a Magnum .52 --APC 9x7 and 9x8 with landing gear-15% heli fuel ( extra lube) 30% would be insane speed.
swapped the stock tank -which leaked -with a sullivan 8 oz slant tank-drops right in. Skinny spoked 2" wheels to cut resistance and extra long servo arms as it's nose heavy with the Mag. on the nose.
I love this thing. I was thinking about recovering over the winter and added 1 or 2 CF tubed in the wing for stress relief.
It's funny how I get ready to fly and everyone very quietly lands and gets behind me or the fence.... Why is that??!!

My name is Jeff Reeves and I am from Washington State and I am a SSSSPPPPEEEDDDD FREAK too and I have been watching this thread for some time now. I have been flying for about 25 years and anything that goes fast, is shiny and looks cool - I like!!!!!!! I reconditioned a SR-7 speed slope glider recently to a nitro powered speed plane and due to flutter, it went in at aprox. 120mph at about 85 degrees. Everything was destroyed. Even my batterypack!!!!! It really looked cool and I wasn't sad at all. I have a P-51 mustang that does around 100mph and a GP Revolver that only does about 90mph or so and they are not fast enough!!!!! I don't have the really fast planes yet cause I really don't know what to get in Nitro power - I want to have the fastest plane at our club ALWAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please make me a member.

Hey, Chipped Prop.
Mach Racer, Mag .52XLS, Rossi mini pipe, no gear, APC 9-7. Launched from a slanted table from a PVC launcher. (In the picture, which was before my test flight, I was running a 10-6 prop.) I also moved the servos to the top so the arms wouldn't drag in the grass or on the runway when I landed.
It was fast for a while. Then one day something broke. Went straight in on concrete.
I'm working on a new one with an OS .50SF and a JettStream tuned muffler.

Hi I have been a speed freak for over 5 years now. With your
help i would like to expand and peed up my fleet. It started out with scratch building
a scat cat version with swept wings. Then it grew to a Cermark f-16 with a magnum
.75 on it. The speed was not what I was looking for, so I build a shrike with an 46fx
and tuned pipe. Now I am waiting for them to continue production on a Diamond Dust
so I can get something above 150. With being a member I think I will be able to teach
others in the way of the revver brotherhood and how to overpower every plane in your
hangar!

Hunter- Legit? I dunno what you consider legitimate but we have a list of members and we try to fly kinda fast--- LOL. And Yes, dave has a bunch of speed-planes and he is a founding member. It was him, Gary and Cyclic I think that started the Speed Freak Bro-hood.
Codyhie- That is what we like to hear!
